Through the provision of high-quality training, the network ensures that its members are equipped with the latest educational and organizational tools.

Its training programs are based on a structured methodology and workshops grounded in understanding and critically analyzing reality. The Arab Network for Popular Education also builds the internal capacities needed to apply popular education and learning-for-all methodologies, to engage in policy monitoring, and to lead advocacy efforts at the local, national, and regional levels.
