The third pillar of ANPE's (Arab Network for Popular Education) operational model is its commitment to Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL). In a context where "poor data" is often a primary obstacle to effective policymaking, the MEL framework acts as a key tool for improving the Network's internal performance and enhancing the accountability process, as well as strengthening and improving the internal performance of the Network.
